સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ માટે ગુજરાત સરકારે કરી મોટી જાહેરાત
સરકારે ફિક્સ વેતન નીતિમાં વેતનદરમાં વધારો કર્યા બાદ તમામ કર્મચારીઓને પ્રોવિડન્ટ ફંડનો લાભ આપવા નિર્ણય કર્યો છે. શ્રમ અને રોજગાર વિભાગે રાજ્ય સરકારને આધિન તમામ વિભાગો, બોર્ડ- કોર્પોરેશન, સહકારી સંસ્થાઓ, સ્થાનિક સ્વરાજ્યની સંસ્થાઓથી લઈને તમામ પ્રકારની ગ્રાન્ટ પર નભતી સંસ્થાઓમાં તેનો અમલ કરવા સ્પષ્ટ આદેશ કર્યો છે.
ભારત સરકારના શ્રમ અને રોજગાર મંત્રાલયે જુલાઈ 2015 અને ત્યારબાદ જુન- 2016માં પત્રો લખીને ગુજરાત સરકાર અને આધિન તમામ સંસ્થાઓમાં તમામ પ્રધ્ધિતીઓથી કાર્યરત માનવબળને સામાજિક સુરક્ષાનુ છત્ર મળી રહે તેના માટે ભવિષ્યનિધી અને પરચૂરણ જોગવાઈઓના અધિનિયમ- 1952 હેઠળ આવરી લેવા સુચના આપી હતી.
9 મહિના પછી તેના અમલ માટે વિભાગના નાયબ સચિવની સહીથી પરિપત્ર પ્રસિધ્ધ થયો છે, જેમાં જણાવાયુ છે કે "સરકારના કામ માટે ફિક્સ પગારે રખાયેલા તેવા પ્રત્યેક કર્મચારી કે જેમને કોઈપણ અધિનિયમ હેઠળ સામાજિક સુરક્ષાના લાભો મળતા નથી તેવા કર્મચારીઓનો ભવિષ્યનિધિ ફાળો અચુકપણે કપાય અને તેમને સામાજિક સુરક્ષાના લાભ મળે તેનુ ધ્યાન રાખવામાં આવે
ફિક્સવેતન આઉટર્સોસિંગ, કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ આપતા પહેલા તેમની પાસે કર્મચારી ભવિષ્યનિધિ સંગઠન અંતર્ગત ઈસ્યુ થયેલ પ્રોવિડન્ટ ફંડ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન છે કે નહી તેની ખાતરી કરવાની રહેશે. તેના માટે પ્રોવિડન્ટ ફંડના કપાતના દર કામદાર ભવિષ્યનિધિ અને પરચૂરણ જોગવાઈઓના અધિનિયમ 1952 હેઠળ તૈયાર કરાયા છે. જે સરકારના તમામ વિભાગો અને વેબસાઈટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે. અનેકસ્તરેથી ફિક્સવેતનથી કરાર આધારિત ભરતીઓ થઈ છે.

1 - Now patients will be allowed to go to government or private hospital for treatment with specialist doctors. Under the health insurance scheme, private hospitals will be given a fixed amount for such treatment. At this time, 80% of the doctors in the country and 60% of the cases of hospitalization are private sector. But most people who go to the private sector have to pay money from their own money.
2 - Proposals have been asked to provide comprehensive health facilities. Under this, the availability of medicines and diseases diagnosis will be ensured in government hospitals across the country, with the reduction of the death rate of the mother and child.

6 - An official said that till now, under PHC, there was no pre-birth investigation and other tests. The newest point of the new policy is that in which diseases will also be investigated which do not happen due to exposure to contact.
7 - After this policy, the Government is targeting that 80% of the people of the country are treated completely free of charge in Sarkari hospital. There will also be medicine, tests and treatments. Insurance is also arranged in the policy.
8- It is not mandatory to apply this policy to states and this government policy will be given as a model, which will depend on the state government whether or not to apply it.
