The National Achievement Survey (NAS) Type Gujarat Achievement Serve [GAS] was conducted throughout the country on 2019 for Classes 4, 6 and 7 in government and government aided schools. The survey tools used multiple test booklets with 45 questions in Classes III and V and 60 questions in Class VII in Mathematics, Language, Environmental Sciences, Sciences and Social Sciences. The competency based test questions developed reflected the Learning Outcomes which were recently incorporated in the Central Rules for RTE Act by the Government of India. Along with the test items, questionnaires pertaining to students, teachers and schools were also used.

GAS Exam Pattern
Language, mathematics and environment in Standard 4 in GAS, as well as language, mathematics in 6 and 7, Science and Technology and Social Sciences will be the main focus. In each test sheet There are 45 questions in standard 4 and 60 questions in standards 6 and 7. The standard time for standard 4 is approx It lasts 90 minutes. The minimum time required for standards 6 and 7 is 120 minutes.
